A major contributor to Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group Synthetic Ammonia Compressor upgrading in 2017 TAR, Wei Lixin 

         The transformation and upgrading of the ammonia hydrogen compression system of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group Company is a major technical transformation project related to the “double upgrade” of production capacity and environmental protection in 2017. The  main work in this TAR is to incorporate two new compressors, K-5530 and 55303, into the old system to achieve production capacity increasing, losses reducing  and energy saving. As we all know that  TAR construction period is tight and work load is heavy. The Project Department decided to assign Wei Lixin to be in charge of this work after many discussions.

         Wei Lixin, graduated from Changzhou University in 2011,  majoring Chemical machinery. The 1.8m height boy with rugged face and manners, however, is detail oriented. Ever since he was assigned  to be in charge of TAR work, he spend lots of time in checking material, fittings and delivery status of equipment spare parts.  He worked overtime everyday. He expedited the vendors and had all materials used in TAR available before TAR work being performed. He worked out TAR work schedule and discuss the feasibility with technical personnel and construction stuff as detailed as possible. During TAR, Wei Lixin worked on site and arranged various work orderly and coordinate vendors to instruct the installation work. With his leading efforts, the two compressors were successfully tested on November 30. On December 6th, the K55301 compressor load test was successful completed.  NCC  was highly praised by the leaders of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group Company.  Wei Lixin was praised as the major contributor to Synthetic Ammonia Compressor upgrading in TAR 2017  .
